Steve holds New Zealand qualifications in both building and quantity surveying and has a long history of applying these skills to practical on-site work. He is a registered as a licensed building practitioner in carpentry and site classes and is a member of NZCB. This means your project will benefit from a wealth of construction knowledge.
Steve has worked as quantity surveyor for various construction companies in NZ and with a UK architectural practice as senior quantity surveyor. Since 1993 he has owned and managed a cost management and project management company operating in Auckland, Wellington and more recently the Bay of Plenty.
In these last 30 years Steve's passion and skill has been in demand by some of the most demanding companies in New Zealand. From construction development with world-class architects, to consultancy roles with multi-national corporations, Steve has made his name on always delivering outstanding results.
Steve's strong appreciation for great design together with practical knowledge and management skills provide him with an innate ability to help transform design concepts into reality.
